Self Advocacy and Advocacy Support

Support to navigate services and learn more about your rights. Support is offered by trained advocates who assist you through your own real life advocacy needs. Throughout this journey you are supported to increase your skills to self advocate and increase your knowledge of your rights.



Pacing Training

Support from peers to learn about how living with a disability makes your life different and how to pace yourself to manage your own needs around your goals, family life, work and appointments. Small group sessions foster peer connections and understanding.
