These sessions are open to anyone who may benefit from extra guidance or someone to speak to. Whether you are caring for a loved one or living with disability yourself, we are here to offer information, listen to your concerns, and help you understand what support may be available. There is no cost to attend, and no need to book.

Looking for connection, understanding, and a safe place to be heard?
Our disability and carer support groups are completely free, fully funded, and proudly facilitated by local people with lived experience.
These inclusive groups offer a welcoming space to share challenges and celebrate triumphs, connect with others who truly get it, and link in with local services and supports. Most importantly, you’ll never feel alone — community and connection are at the heart of everything we do.

Do You Need Support?
Feeling overwhelmed by a new diagnosis, unsure which services you can access or like to connect with others facing similar challenges?
You are not alone. Many people are unsure where to start or who to talk to when faced with new circumstances. These sessions offer a calm, respectful space to ask questions, share experiences if you wish, and explore options with people who understand.
All of our services are free
We believe everyone should be able to access support when they need it. There are no costs involved with any of our services.
